By purchasing the license to use Sound Response sound effects (hereafter ‘’licensed audio files’’) you expressly agree and accept the terms, conditions and limitations of use contained in this License Agreement. Please make sure to read the following License Agreement carefully. Sound Response reserves the rights not expressly granted herein.
The license that you have purchased is a single-user license. If more than one user will be using or accessing licensed audio files multi-user license (also known as ‘’network’’ license) is required. In order to acquire multi-user license please contact us directly at email@example.com
The license that you have purchased is a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the licensed audio files synchronized with other sounds or visual images in music production, video game, film, trailer, soundtrack, radio, advertising & commercials, tv programs, interactive programs, live performances, websites, web videos, corporate videos, podcasts, synchronized content for apps, broadcast, and other similar commercial or non-commercial multimedia presentations and productions (hereafter ‘’production’’).
You can modify and adapt licensed audio files for your production. You can release, duplicate and reproduce your production provided that the licensed audio files are synchronized (combined) with other sounds or visual images as a part of the production. This does not include the right to resell licensed audio files in whole or in part as a standalone product, or to include licensed audio files in any sound effects library, musical sample library, sample instrument, etc. (please read ‘limitations’ for more details).
You are allowed to make one copy of licensed audio files as a backup for your personal use only.
Unauthorized distribution of licensed audio files, in whole or in part, including, but not limited to, reselling, relicensing, trading, lending, sharing, uploading or downloading to or from any server or database, or copying, is prohibited.
It is prohibited to claim ownership or authorship of licensed audio files in whole or in part.
It is prohibited to include licensed audio files, in whole or in part, in any sound effects library (sample pack), sample instrument, musical sample library (articulations, rhythms, loops), etc, either as they are, or resampled, redesigned, edited, processed, mixed with other sounds, or modified in any other way.
Use of licensed audio files in library music (also known as ‘’production music’’) is allowed provided that licensed audio files are synchronized (combined) with other sounds within the musical composition. In other words, licensed audio files must be used in musical context so that they do not appear in isolation. If you need to export your musical composition as stems (e.g. trailer music production), please make sure that licensed audio files are synchronized with other sounds in stem so that they do not appear in isolation.
This License Agreement applies to all the sounds derived from the licensed audio files (derivative works) in whole or in part, either by resampling, redesigning, editing, processing, mixing, or modified in any other way.
Sound Response will not be held responsible if, by any chance, you do not find licensed audio files suitable for particular production. Licensed audio files are licensed ‘’as is’’ without warranties of any kind. Sound Response will not be held responsible for any loss of business profit or any other special, consequential or incidental loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the use of licensed audio files.
Sound Response products are sold as digital downloads only and once they have been downloaded it is not possible to return them. Therefore we do not offer refunds. We may decide to do so at our own discretion but please keep in mind that once downloaded they can’t be returned. For more information please refer to our Refund Policy.
